HELP! Driver seat reclines on 1 side only 2004 XJR

I am going someone can help me with this. My drivers seat reclines only on one side. I end copping a serious lean. Looks cool but is he'll on my back. I've replaced drive gear in seats of my X Type but those did both sides. Any idea before I rip the seat out and blindly start to diagnose?

I think you are going to need to pull the seat. The seat must have a motor in each side or a connected mechanism to do both from one motor. Good luck.
