Default Help! Headlights stopped working!

Just changed out the DS1 bulbs with new ones and neither side will light up now. So I put the old bulbs back in and they won't light up either. Ugh!

Any ideas?

Never mind! Apparently the engine has to be running... Now they work great.

The engine has to be running? That's strange. I'm sure they would've come on if you pushed the headlight button on the remote. Glad you got it fixed!

Me too, thanks! it's not something I ever really thought about. Normally when you turn on headlights they come on. Guess I have never done it without the motor running.

its a safety feature, they don't want your battery to die, thats why the headlights go off after you stop the engine.

Interesting--but the lights stay on if you have it on auto-off delay mode.
