High beam does not work

High beam does not work
only when I pull the stulk the blue sign shows
Dears
I am looking for the body control elicrtric processor in My Jaguar XJ8 2006. I couldn't finde it behind the glove box such as in the previous model 2000.
Could you please help me where can I find it.
The grage is trying to solve the problem of the high beem light, it does not work,
He changed the pulbs, checkef all wiring, changed the stalk, finally he said we should try changing the electric prosessor.
When I pull the stulk the blue light in the cluster comes on but the high beem does not flush, but when I push the stulk nothing works even the blue light in the cluster.
