Default How Does The Pictured Fastener Come Out?

In the center of the plastic screen under the wipers is a metal threaded(?) bolt with a #10 head. I've turned it what seems to be a reasonable amount & it doesn't want to come out. Any suggestions? Thanks Steve

It's a plastic trim clip. Slide a trim removal tool under the small head and it will pull out vertically.
I don't think it's in the right place. The clips normally on that cover are very low profile, and the square head recesses into the body. (C2S13233)
Others in that area are XR87160
Possibly that clip should be for retaining the plastic auxiliary bulkhead at the rear of the engine bay..

OK; light finally turned on. It is plastic and the center piece pulls up allowing for it to come out. Problem solved.

Thanks, Pete.

Our posts "crossed in the mail". I suspect the clip was installed at the factory since the cowling has not previously been removed.
