I can see condensation coming from in front of drivers side wheel?

Default I can see condensation coming from in front of drivers side wheel?
Hi Guy's
Started car this morning, coldish outside and when I have condensation fumes from exhaust, I can see condensation coming from in front of drivers side wheel.
Cannot hear an exhaust break.
Any ideas before i crawl under the car?
Car is 2009 XJ 2.7 diesel.
