The sound settings of the ICE System keep disappearing, and I cannot get any sound from the system. I found the following video which shows me how to access the setup screen. When I tick the boxes under audio options, and re-boot the system, sound re-appears until the next time it happens, usually after not using the car for a day or so.


I have attached a photo showing the settings when the sound has disappeared.

All suggestions as to the origins of the problem, and how to fix it will be gratefully received.
