Exclamation ISO Rare Jaguar (2004) XJ8 Part: AJ85824 Thermostat Housing / Manifold!

Hey everyone!!!
I'm hoping someone in the Jaguar enthusiast or collector community might be able to help me track down a rare thermostat housing manifold, part number AJ85824.

I have a 2004 Jaguar XJ8 4.2L V8, and I'm currently addressing a coolant leak traced to the thermostat assembly. My mechanic confirmed that AJ85824 is the correct part, but it's been extremely difficult to source! Most online stores either have it backordered or have confusing cross-references.
If you have one lying around, know someone parting out a compatible engine, or have a trusted source for older Jaguar parts (especially in North America or willing to ship to Canada), I’d be deeply grateful.
This car means a lot to me and I’d love to get her running smoothly again. Appreciate any leads, advice, or wisdom 🙏🐆
Thanks in advance,

I have just gone thru exactly what you are facing now. Leaking thermostat housing. I searched the internet forever to find a genuine Jaguar part (AJ85824.). But no luck after several months. So, I ordered a chinese copy from ebay just like the one on Amazon. When my mechanic was trying to install it, the holes did not line up. After some adjusting, he made it fit. He had to widen the holes somewhat. I was told by my mechanic, that if this does not work, we would have to use the 2006 and up thermostat housing maniflold. This would take redoing the entire system at a considerable more expense. This was several months ago and everything is still ok with no problems. Good luck on finding one because I could not. Someone needs to use generative AI creation with a 3d printer to make these exact parts because they could make a fortune. I looked forever to find one with no luck. Just go with the one on Amazon and modify it if needed.

I replaced the entire coolant manifold a few years back. Take photos or a video here and there during disassembly.
