Default Mud flap/splashguard fixings

Hi all, I am in UK I have a set of rear mud flaps (C2C7371) for a 2004 X350 but missing the fixings. Does anyone know what size the screws/bolts washers are? I don't think the kit is available as a seperate item, so probably need to obtain from a hardware store? Thanks.

My X358 doesn't have mudflaps nor pre-mounting holes for them.
Therefore, I would feel free to go to a hardware store and buy whatever is appropriate, possibly PK screws if there aren't already mounting screw-holes, otherwise an appropriate thread metric or imperial if there are already mounting holes. In any case, galvanised:zinc-dipped (NOT zinc-plated), whereas a mounting kit would likely come with cheapest crappy stuff.
