Many have said that low battery can cause the multiple lights on dashboard and no crank at all. Checked the voltage and was 12.6 volts and still nothing. I did notice that the bolt which tightens negative battery cable had rust on it but part that connects directly to battery negative terminal post was fine. Decided to take wire brush to clean bolt that tightens down cable to battery terminal. After cleaning it and connecting to battery no codes and car started right up. Hope this info might help someone that is in the same situation.
