Need help!!
If you are up to the work, you could do the following;
1. source a used component (e.g., receiver) that matches your setup and what's broken (there are various configurations) from ebay or car-part.com (Car-part.com is a giant online catalog of used parts at junk yards across North America).
2. remove the radio and replace it yourself which involves removing the center console. There are general directions here https://www.jagdroid.org/radio-syste...-instructions/, and the factory manual has some additional detail (I think there are some pictures if memory serves).
I read your post to mean that the radio was the issue and not the sound system. If the sound system is your issue, post back as there are various DIY fixes for failed door speakers (common) and failed amplifiers are not difficult to source (again, eBay or car-part.com) and replace.
Hope this helps.

Hi TB please bear in mind that you can only install the Jagdroid into a touchscreen unit, I am currently just carrying out this swap from non touchscreen to a full Jagdroid system but its faily involved swapping out wiring looms etc, and its not the cheapest endeavour it's costing me roughly £1000 all in for all the bits and conversion which is £650 on its own but you will end up with a proper system at the end with everything you'd expect from a 2023 vehicle.
Hope you get it sorted soon

It's not as simple as replacing the head unit. Nothing in the factory music system plays well with the aftermarket, so replacing the head unit is pretty much replacing the entire sound system, as the head unit uses fiber optics to communicate with the amp and CD Changer; there are no copper wires out of the factory head unit if you have the amplifier in the trunk. That amplifier won't be usable with an aftermarket head unit. So aside from the cost of the new head unit and any amplification you'd want, there is the labor getting wiring throughout the car where it needs to be. It will be expensive.
