No A/C in the summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This has got to be the worst. 104 degrees and my ac stopped working. This is my 2004 XJ8, the compressor does not kick on. This happened all of the sudden. I went in the store, left the unit in the on position and when I started the car back up nothing. Im having a hard time getting to the fuses in the cabin to check. I checked the fuse in the boot. Is there another fuse that should be checked. Please help, it's burning up in the Bay all of the sudden.

May also want to look for the compressor relay. While the AC is turned on, tap on the relay with the handle of a screwdriver. It just may come on. My experience.
