Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone had the instructions on removing/lubing the parking brake cable?
Recently it started hanging up. I can hear the motor working when using it or releasing it. From what I read it either needs lube or replacement
I did disconnect them, but need them to pass damn safety inspection
any steps you have would be great, or should i just wd40 the $hit out of the end of the cable ...lol

If it was all possible, I wouldn't have disconnected anything. Actually, I might have first tried directing a liberal dose of Radio Shack Cleaner And Lubricant (Cat. No. 6400148) just below the parking brake lever, and simply allow the cleaner and lubricant to trickle down the cable.
