Radio acting strangely....
Anyone else had their radio temporarily lose its mind?
I have had two issues in the past few days:
The first was while manually tuning on FM the radio went into a really fast seek mode where each station played for approximately 2 seconds (at first I thought it was some weird thing that NPR was doing)
The second was when manually tuning on FM, the radio switched over to AM and would not come back to FM despite pressing the AM/FM button repeatedly.
Is this the ghost of Joseph Lucas at work?

Had the same thing happen a few months back....it was exactly as you described....really wierd....my wife was driving at the time and i thought she was goofing on me by using the steering wheel controls...
I had something close to this. When listening to FM radio, my first preset station, the radio began to scroll through all of the preset stations. Like yours it was only a few seconds per station. However the radio display still showed the beginning station and all radio buttons including volume via the head unit and steering wheel controls were INOP. It was not until I turned the radio off and back on that "normal" function returned. This has happened maybe a dozen times not but only when listening to FM radio. AM, CD, and CD changer operation all seem to be fine. Going to see the dealer about it soon but will wait until it becomes more frequent as I've already asked them about it and they claim they have never experienced this before. So I don't expect them to be able to find the problem if it's not acting up.
