Default Removing D2B Connectors

Apologies for what I'm sure must be a really stupid question.

I want to swap the D2B harness in the boot of my X350, but am struggling to remove the existing D2B connectors from the sockets on the Sat Nav, CDC etc.

Is there a special tool needed, or is there just a knack to it? I don't want to break anything, and have a feeling it's just me being a bit soft.

Many thanks in advance.

The above may help you.

It is not hard to do once you realize how these connectors are attached. I used a small flat blade screwdriver.
