I must have bumped it, hit it, I don't know. I found it this way. It's been hard to turn. The small plastic net the screw goes through had broken loose and the dun visor was hanging down, I read, all I could, then removed item 4, and item 3, the screw. I reglued the broken plastic pc. I reinstalled it in the car. the 1st time I used it, it broke again, same place, and came down.
Does antone have a semi-permanent solution. Thanks, streamsaver
