What's RMT?

 

Rebuild Master Tech - A company in Florida that sells parts related to the X350 air spring system. They are subject to a too high level of complaints in regard to new parts they sell as well as defective rebuilds, with a poor attitude toward customer support. Unfortunate, because as the air spring system is an expensive component of the X350, as these XJ models depreciate in value, the initial cost of OEM equipment (Bilstein air springs) becomes disproportionately too costly, and companies like RMT can fill the gap - but not by selling defective parts and making it hard to resolve afterwards.
