Default Source for Plastic Clips Under Bonnet 2006 XJR
I stumbled upon a source for the six plastic clips P/N XR8-12941 that hold the plastic panel between the grill and the Radiator.

I bought six from Welsh Enterprises using this part number for $3.65 each.

I replaced all of mine as they were either broken or missing. They are quite expensive for what they are.

Many such parts seem to be common across Jaguar, Ford, and Lincoln. Its a question of figuring out what they are called sometimes.
