Are iridium really the best?

I'm looking at these: CHAMPION 9201 - they are iridium

 

Do you know what you have now? I believe the recommended ones (OE that is) are the NGK 7866 plugs. I used NGK 5464 which are also recommended (not OE) although they are not supposed to last as long. Personally I have not used Champion spark plugs in any of my vehicles for years although I used to use them in my Pontiac Firebird. I imagine some do use them but most will likely recommend the NGK. You do want to use iridium spark plugs for sure regardless. If you use the Champins let us know how they work out.
