After replacing my headlight, this misterious spongy thingy popped from somewhere and I can't figure w.here to put it back. Does anyone reckognize w.here this part goes?

It's made of foamy material.

insulation foam.. goes under cowl and sits between hood and fender and goes around and insulates the hood struts.. they fall off or get thrown out..
