I'm looking to see if I could find any more Super V8 owners out there. I got mine earlier this year and was wondering if anyone knew how to find the production number?
I'm travelling at the moment but I have the numbers at home. I think 2005 was the peak year with about 500 cars sent to US. The total of X-350 Super V8s sold in the states was well less than 1000. There were also a few hundred short wheel base Super V8 cars sold in Europe and maybe a few made their way to other export markets. I was never able to ascertain if my Super V8 numbers included the 100 or so "Portfolio" versions or if they were counted separately. In any case I'm sure someone else on here has the numbers handy.
I have a lovely Red 2004 SWB Super V8, stunning car, amazing performance and cannot bear to part with it, in fact I just put it into a Carcoon a couple of days ago to protect it for the winter.
i do not have LWB figures but I did find the following figures for SWB cars recently on one of the Jaguar forums.
Not sure why they mentioned the year 2002 but assume a few were built at the very end of 2002.
Thanks for sharing these numbers. Clearly the Portfolio numbers are not included. I speak for the ‘09 numbers. 140 Portfolios were produced for the US market. I presume that must Ports are like mine- a Super V8. So the 9 you list for ‘09 must not include the Ports. Thanks!
I just bought a 66k mile 2003 Super V8, I love it. Pray to god the maintenance doesn’t kill me, all struts and the compressor were just changed, as well as new valley hose under the supercharger.

On Facebook there is a group called Jaguar X350 Register. The admin, Paul Keating, has documented all X350 and X358 cars produced. He has accurate numbers and build specs.

Paul is no longer sharing the production numbers. I do not even see him on the facebook page anymore.
I think that now the x350 register is complete, less work on it is necessary, but he does respond to queries. I think he is also involved in the XJ40 and X-Type registries.
Congratulations Sheldon on the SV8. Enjoy it! When I saw one come up by private sale in my area I immediately made an appointment to go see it. The wife and I went to see and drive it. She is pre-disposed to hate any car I like but in this case she did not! I sold one of my best cars ever… a 50th Anniversary Corvette… to obtain the 2009 Jaguar Super V8 Portfolio. I have been able to maintain it myself. I had several challenges with suspension but it now works fine. I had to repair the valley hose which is a real example of very poor engineering. I include the pic of my Portfolio to show the Astral Gold and Selina wheels both of which are exclusive to the ‘09 SV8P.

I can't find the X350 Register. All I am looking is the total production numbers for each trim levels for all the US market X350 from 2004 to 2008. But i can't get any reply.

Hi Luke
Try this link:

Pete M Top page of the group
Pete thanks. I put that in but that page is not coming up/ So any other suggestions.
As you said, the link they shared is dead. I just went to FB and searched for "x350 register" and it came right up. You have to apply to join by providing your VIN and vehicle location as to contribute to the project.
Whatever you shared shows an error message, I presume it was a link, you could post a screenshot instead. But are you clicking the link that was shared before, or just navigating to Facebook on your own and manually searching for the group?
