It took much longer than I thought it would so will try again next week with more accurate measurements somehow.

 

I’m in the process of doing this repair and bought the upper arm and lower bushings kit off eBay. I have the same issue that both bushings on the lower arm are 53.9mm. I contacted the seller and he said he only sells kits and would not do an exchange of the 59mm. He did offer to sell me another kit for $119-so buyer beware.
Anyone got a source for the 53.9mm bushings?
