I think there's a sw bug in pats.

Pats forgot (for the third time) one of my fobs by doing this:

Locking the car with alarm on. Unlocking the car and opening the trunk within a short period. Opening a door. Trying to lock...some unknown action, maybe..

The actual used fob is no longer recognized by the system.
Other fobs still work.
It's no problem to learn the fob into pats again.. it will work for months unless you keep off the trunk...

Is this a known issue ?
Is it hard to do a sw update to pats by SDD ?
