Hello,

For weeks or months, with every start up I get a brief amber message, 'LOW PRESSURE SPARE TYRE'. The message clears in five to ten seconds. I had it scanned and the fault code, DTC/ U0300-00, Status/ Permanent, Description/ Internal control module software incompatibility' came up. The diagnostic tool did not have an option to clear or reset.

I switched the wheels to no avail.

A local dealer graciously offered to clear it, for $200.

Any suggestions on how else to deal with this issue?
