John,

I've moved your question from Jaguar Forums Advice / Feedback & Suggestion Center section to the X350 section. The Advice / Feedback section is for posts about the forum and not for tech questions.

Members here with this model will be able to advise on what to look out for.

Graham

12000 miles on a 10 year old car is below low...
Was it just very lightly used or did it sit for a period of time?
Either way, you'll want to change the tires pretty quick and might as well give her some fresh oil and filters.

Despite the low mileage, just like tires of that age, I'd be wary of the air struts as well, though a set of remanufactured struts for the whole thing can be had for $1600 after core and replaced in an afternoon.

If it sat outside for any period, check the sunroof drains. The fronts are easy to get an air compressor nozzle to with a little creativity.........the rears require taking off the C pillar and door trim so you can pull the headliner down....then you'll see the drain tub. It'll be larger than you expect.

Oops, you're in the UK, I don't think arnott can export the Reman struts for some reason...
Still, a set of their design new struts isn't much more.

Oops sorry but i missed a zero now amended to 120,000 and i do not think it has a sunroof at least no mention in listing.
it has a full Jaguar service history and has been a 1 owner car....
Thanks for the quick reply..
