For the equivalent of $10000 here in the UK that could put you in a 2010 XJ x351, albeit a higher mileage car.
I know it is a completely different car but just saying that the price seems mighty high for a 2001 car.
I had a 2011 XJL and now have a 2015 XJL. I also still have my earlier 2004 Super V8, however as it has 193000 miles on it I dare say its value might be as little as £3000, it is worth a lot more than that to me though as it still is amazing to drive, it is not a daily driver for me now though, I cannot bear to part with it so I am hanging on to it.

 

Yup. You can pick up a 308 SV8 with low miles for 5k-6k or less if you know where to look.

I've got my eye on a 2007 Super V8 with 101k miles, at an amazing price. Things are a little held up at the moment bc shops seen to be busy and we're waiting for an appointment for a PPI. The Carfax is pristine though.

I'm excited. Hopefully I'll have a good update on the next week or so.
