Default Windows wont work unless Headlight switch in off postion!?

Hello All,

I have just bought my 2006 XJ8. This is my first jag it only has 50k miles on it, belonged to an older gentleman and it was sitting for a while before I got it. I love the way this car drives. Long story short, it needed nothing more than a good cleaning, oil change and new headliner. I had the headliner replaced by a reputable shop and now the windows and sunroof will not function unless the headlight is in the off position. As soon as I turn headlight switch to On or auto, the windows wont roll up/down, sunroof wont open/close. I have checked the sunroof visors to make sure all wiring is intact and everything checks out. I am thinking that this could be caused by a faulty module or something similar. Thank you in advance for all your help.
