Default Windshield Image Distortion

Hey there. When sitting at the helm and surveying the view out the front of the car, the bottom, say, 6 inches or so of the view out the windshield is heavily distorted and while moving along, everything viewed through that part of the windshield isn't clear enough to even be discernible.

This presents absolutely no safety or even aesthetic issues for me. It does not even attract my attention while driving around under normal circumstances. But every so often, I notice it, and I actually find it rather humorous and entertaining for such a high-end car to have this quirk.

Anyone else ever noticed this on their car, or any others?

Never noticed this on my Jag, but I have noticed some strange refractions on my Mustang windshield, as well as my girlfriend's Hyundai Sonata windshield.

Correction: it's not 6". It's more like the bottom 2 inches that is very distorted.
