Default Windshield washers

My passenger side wiper only squirts a little fluid, my drivers side none at all. I have tried to clean the holes with a needle, no help. I hear the washer motor working, Any Ideas anyone

I had this a few years ago on my X350 and did exactly the same things as you have, in the end the car was going into the garage for something else and I asked them to look at it,I wondered if the impellers may have broken in the pump as I could still hear the pump working, they removed the washer bottle and cleared it out, they said it was clogged up really badly in the bottom and this was restricting the flow, they cleaned it thouroughly and three years on it is still fine.

Remove pipe from jet and hold against holes while someone operates the pump.

just to be clear, what you're telling him to do is remove the tube from the washer nozzles, and plug the holes with your thumbs, while someone presses the button on the stalk to mist the screen?

if so, how does that fix the problem?

i'm not understanding... is it that the pressure build up would be able dislodge something blocking the tubes?

Use the flow of pressurised water from the pipe to backflush the jet by holding the pipe against the hole while someone operates the pump.
