I am having a problem with my 2004 XJR. The wiper motor and horn are not working. My mechanic seams to think that the relays for both which are located in the fuse box under the hood are no good and are built into the fuse box so cannot be replaced. Could he be mistaken? If he is correct is there a place to buy a refurbished fuse box? Any experience with this? I cannot pass a MD inspection without them working.
