Default wipers, heater,horn

I have a 86 jag xjs... I knew when I got the car had a wiper problem.. well the other day I was playing with it and notice the wiper bolts was moving ( had the blades off) horn work along with the blower motor... for about a minute then stopped.. and now they pop on once in awhile is there a connection I could check ... cause they all lose power at the same time... if so where would it be..Thanks for your time..

Check the fuse connectors on the main fuse box for that circuit. Quite often the copper clips look OK but actually are not gripping the fuse hard enough. try placing a tiny tube of silicone behind one of the grips between it and the plastic divided between fuses (say the insulation off a 2mm silicon-sheathed wire) to make a better connection. Push it in carefully with a flat bladed screwdriver
