Can still squirt water but nothing can induce them to do any wiping. From a forum search it sounds like a relay problem, where exactly are the relays as I'd like to try the old switcharoo. I was under the impression it was R6 & R8 and they were in the engine compartment fuse box near the F26 wiper fuse, but people here seem to saying they are behind the driver side headlamp.

So where should I be looking?
