Default Wiper Park problem

Greetings. I wanted to share the solution I found today for a non working wiper park problem. Symptom: Wiper blade stops at various points. There are two power sources for the wiper. One for run and the other to park the blade after turning off or during intermittent operation. Under the front passenger trim piece under the dash there are a series of relays and modules. One of these is the wiper logic module. Near this on the LH side is a cable that has a 5A fuse connected to it. In mine the fuse was open. This prevented power from being applied to park the blade. I checked the park switch first by opening the wiper motor transmission. It was operating correctly. There are 4 or 5 screws holding the panel in place. Fully remove all of them or you will have trouble replacing the panel-ask me how I know. Hope this helps.
