xj8 will not start

xj8 will not start

installed new battery 3 weeks ago. lights go on, but will not turn over. fan works, radio works, any suggestions?

Have you tried jump-starting it yet? That would be the first to try. If that doesn't work then recommend checking fuses to the starter motor or solenoid. If fuses are OK, then you may want to check the starter solenoid or starter.
