Default 1996 xj6 alternator

New owner here. Trying to remove the alternator from my xj6. All the bolts are out but there seems to be a sleeve in the bottom mounting hole. I saw no mention of this in other threads. The sleeve sticks out about an eighth of an inch past the front of the bracket and goes into the alternator. Does anyone know how this sleeve comes out? Pull from the front or push in to the alternator? Thanks in advance!

It's a shouldered bushing , see item # 2 . The shoulder is on the inside with the tail sticking out fwd . The mount may pinch the alternator and feel hung up by something , but just pry out away from engine block . Voltage regulator # IN435
