Hello! New poster here. I just bought a 92 Vanden Plas, and it came with one key. It also has all original paperwork, and there are several codes handwritten on the owner’s manual. Does anyone know what the key codes look like, so I can determine which one is mine? (For instance, is it alphanumeric? How many digits? Am I looking for dashes?)

You have the XJ40 (XJ6) but this is the X300 (XJ6) section.

You will get better results posting in the correct section of the forum.
