96 XJ6 Seat Problems

I jumped my car and now the seat wont move. I couldn't operate the driver window and fixed it with a switch replacement it the problem most likely the switch a Voltage Reg or the Seat ECM

I presume by 'jumped my car' you mean started it with cables and not something else?

Check your fuses, with a test meter before you start chucking money around.
