97 X300/Vanden Plas Coolant leak near back of Engine
I am looking for input on what is the cause of a new coolant leak out of the top/back of the Engine behind/near the intake manifold. I can see coolant dripping slowly down the side of the engine and across the starter. There is a heater hose that clamps onto a metal tube that appears to be fitted into the head. I can't see how the tube is fitted into the head, but I believe that this is where the coolant is coming from.
Has anyone seen a leak here before?
There appears to be no access to this coolant tube. Do I have to pull off the whole intake manifold assembly in order to get access to/fix the leak?
Should I try adding stop leak to the coolant? Might this work?
Thanks.

On a though inspection it might be the gaskets of the main engine block coolant loop that has a history of leaking at the tubes along the left side engine block
This would be below the intake manifold
This would be different then the heater core loop
