The codes are all temp related and all point to engine temp sensor. You could try this first as an inexpensive guess.

I'll be honest, I don't think that is it; but, everything points to it.

PO116: ECT circuit range / performance -- falling temperature
PO118: ECT circuti high input
PO125: Excessive time to enter closed loop fuel control

your engine is starting to suffer overheating, the electrical and fuel system side should be thouroughly check. consult a jaguar service shop to get an idea, an engine tune up would also be good. when your able to start the car, how is the idling?
