Default ABS Module

How can I rmove the ABS module for repair? Do I have to take out the motor as well and disconnect all the brake lines or does it just pop off from the botton?

My old brain may be confusing XJ6 and XJ6 ABS modules, but I am pretty sure you just loosen the mounts for ability to "rotate the assembly slightly, then remove the module mounting bolts( a reverse torx kind of screw) and then slide the module off the solenoid plungers. DO NOT remove the brake lines. They give enough to get it apart.

Loosen the nuts front and rear, they "clamp" the asy to it's slotted mtg bracket...pull up, forward and rotate it enough to get at the fixing screws on the bottom...you will be "bending" the brake lines slightly but they'll be fine, just keep an eye on them and make sure you don't make a sharp kink in one.
