Default Alternator not working

Hi,
I recently had a mishap with my Jaguar. The front passenger wheel well cover fell off got caught onto the wiring system and ripped the wire harness apart.
The wiring system that got ripped caused my front passenger parking lights, front passenger turn signal and fender side turn signal and my alternator to not work.
I replaced the harness and all my lights started working however my alternator is not working.
My question is do you think that it probably a wiring problem to the alternator or possibly the alternator got shorted out.
Thanks,
Jomo

Check the wiring for the alternator suppressor, should be on the bottom in that area

There is a fuse in the right engine bay fuse box that is the power to make power in the alternator , could have blown as wires went wonkers

researching plus the wire colors
