Default Car skips when put into park on a hill

I've noticed for the past week or 2 the trans can't seem to hold the weight of the car when I park on any type of incline. It kind of skips and gives a weird trans noise like it's not fully in park. I was just curious if this was an easy fix or if it's involved. It has the ZF transmission so I'm expecting it to be a nightmare to fix.

The Park Pawl is not designed to hold the weight of a car on an incline. It is just a thin piece of metal. You need to used the hand brake as it was intended.

I think what Boeingtravel95 meant was the gearbox in "park" position used to be able to hold the car in most inclined positions, but not any more in the past two weeks. Whatever inside the transmission that held the car in parked position in the past might be broken or something....and he fears that this could be an expensive fix.
