I have a donor Sovereign which should have the chrome piece you're looking for. If you can post a pic of exactly what part you need I'm sure I could help. Happy to oblige. When you say "nearside" do you mean driver's side or passenger side. Much debate on which is which!

All good. If you pm an address to me I can get it in the post to you through the week. Busy getting my own car tidied up for its' annual NCT (MOT to you).
I'll include any clips etc. that might come with it, so hopefully you'll be good to go.
If you like, you can throw a few bob into a charity collection box of your choice. I'll leave it to you.

Welcome to the forum Frank,

You will find it saves great confusion if you follow the convention of referring to sides as if you were looking forwards from the rear of the vehicle.

LEFT (instead of UK/Eire passenger side / nearside / US driver side)
RIGHT (instead of UK/Eire driver side / offside / US pasenger side)

This is the method used by Jaguar throughout the Parts Catalogue.

Default Door trim

Hi,
thats great I really appreciate your help.
my address is [address removed by GGG - PM sent to sogood]
I guess the only difficulty might be in getting it without the post office bending it!
if you give me your details I will happily send you a cheque for £25 to cover postage and whatever you want to do with rest.
Again, really appreciate your help
rgds

As mentioned, no charge and I'll make sure it's wrapped up well. Happy to help. Do let me know when it arrives.

No worries, glad to help. As mentioned, maybe throw a few bob into a collection box somewhere?

Happy motoring!
