Headlight Beam
The lens has come unglued from the reflector bucket, which is a relatively common issue. My RH side low beam did the same.
You can try to glue it back, but its probably easier and more reliable to get a used lens from a salvage yard or eBay. If you try to glue it back together, I'm not sure what to recommend you do to prep or glue it, but it is theoretically do-able.
Used headlights aren't very expensive though, which is the route I went.

As Al stated, this is not an uncommon anomaly. One of my headlights had this issue.
I removed it, cleaned it up, and applied a thin bead of two part clear epoxy. It's held up for over four years now.

I actually did the repair by removing it and applying glue-epoxy glue. This was done today and hopefully all will be fine.
