Heating issue
There is a relay and fuse involved in the pump motor and a valve to open the water flow . Do you have 12 volts at the pump connector ? The relay can be damaged by a bad pump and show voltage but not carry the current to drive the repaired pump . You can swap relays . The valve may be able to check with the control panel self test . Too long a hose was installed on mine kinking the line closed on mine .

With the motor running the pump conector has 12V and I have tested it connected directly to a battery so the problem must be with the pump itself...
I still have everything apart. Did a back flush to the heating matrix but it seamed to be clean I guess and also turned the electrical valve apart for cleaning (still don't know if it is working ok).
First thing first and for now I'm worried only with the pump and connected to a battery it make no sound or movement at all so it's for ure not working and that is the first thing I have to repair before moving forward.
Also Took the opportunity to clean the hole water system and everything is almost ready to be reassemble.
If the pump is not working I have two or 3 choices: Try to repair it (probably something wrong with the circuit that is hidden below the brushes) or send the pump to be changed for a reconditioned one (thats 80 euros + shipping costs to Portugal) or by a new pump from BOSH (Product Detail - bosch.com) I've read some place that it works perfectly with Jaguar and I can get it brand new for as much as 80 euros!
Any ideas?
Still haven't checked the small fan you have mentioned but as I have said it before, first things first and the pump is the priority at the moment...
Thanks again for your help!

Power must go through the fuses ( 2 ) and the relay first as well as a ground after the motor . There is a schematic I made on a earlier reply on this thread to someone else . The bad brushes most likely damaged the relay not allowing enough current power to drive the pump . It will read voltage though . This would be pitted contacts or sometimes called cat whiskers .

You can hot wire it in a pinch ( and look at it's control later ) from the B + terminal at the left fuse box . You would have to determain which pin is the ground in the connector first
Great information, my none heating heater is all up & running again. Thanks for the informative & descriptive post. Mine was engine thermostat, heater pump brushes & ambient air sensor clean. This post has made me join the forum to say thank you, having also read a few of the posts on here.
