Welcome back, I'd guess one of the DemiGods could press a magic button and re-instate MadFred.
Getting a picture into your signature is easy, go to User CP>Edit signature (put your car details in there) then scroll down a bit to Signature Picture + click on' Choose File'.
You'll need to downsize your pic to 7.5K - you can use Picasa or any other photo editor.
Posting pictures is a bit trickier but there's a sticky here
