Well hello everyone,

This is the exciting first owner post. I have posted here before asking about several items that came up when I was looking at a 95 XJ6. I has to pass on that particularcar and today I have purchased a one owner 1996 XJ6. It appears to have a solid service history and has been kept in very good condition on the inside/ out. I must say that I was grinning ear to ear while driving it home - loved Jaguar for so long and I feel great and lucky to be able to part-take in the owner club.

I have spend couple days studying this site as to what to look out for and I did my best. I definitely belive there is something special in the XJ lines!

HI ..welcome.I too am a somewhat new jag owner.These folks here at this sight have helped me out on two occasions,so you picked a good spot for doing you research,But having said that I too have a 1996 XJ6 VDP and I still feel that great feeling you spoke of on your drive home.
