If you haven't already heard; 2016 and newer Jaguars now come with a 5yr/60,000mi warranty plus complimentary maintenance during the warranty period. I feel this is unfair to current owners that bought new Jaguars in the last several years that only came with a 4yr/50,000mi warranty and only one complimentary maintenance service.

If anybody feels the same I urge you to contact Jaguar customer relations and express your concern.

Now maybe I'm just being childish about the matter but maybe if we get enough owners to complain we might be able to get a 1yr/10,000mi extension and complimentary maintenance. It is definitely a long shot but I feel that it might be worth a few minutes of our time.

Here is what I emailed to Jaguar customer relations:

Did you pay anywhere near sticker price or did you receive a deep discount to take one of their 15's off the lot. If the former I see your point. If not, take some of your savings and buy an extended warranty.

 

I paid $2,000 under the sticker price. I'm pretty sure that nothing will come from my whining, just feel like I should say something. You're right, I probably should just buy an extended warranty.

 

I find that sense of entitlement pretty amazing.
