Default How to disable airbag due to pregnancy?!

Good morning wondering if anyone knows about disabling airbags on xj x300 3.2 sport?
Having read through can only see about removing the fuse, F17 in right hand heel box, though it has crossed my mind the bags might go off if i do this.
Due to give ride to a 5 month pregnant lady this morning, and there will be two toddlers in the back otherwise she could have swapped seats.
Any advice be gratefully received many thanks

I think the right answer is 'don't'.
There appears to be no increased risk to mother or foetus from airbags deploying in an accident, indeed the load from the seatbelt may be reduced.
Pregnancy was taken into account when the system was designed - it is a recognised problem in humans.

+1,
You would never forgive yourself if you disabled the airbag system and something serious happened.

Just a thought.

Thanks Steve and Jim, food for thought..

Was from seeing a slow-mo video of the airbags deploying that concerned us, how it initially shoots right out almost touching the seat upright before returning to its 'cushion' position.

You know what the US are like for medical claims. If there was any evidence that airbags were dangerous to pregnancies the SRS system would have to do an ultrasound scan of all passengers before enabling the ignition.
