How do I adjust my steering wheel?!

Can anyone please tell me how to adjust power steering wheel? The link in the FAQ to the owners manual is no longer available. A link to a pdf manual would be awesome as I can't seem to find one. Thanks alot!

The small knob on the left side of the steering column cowl, just below the turn signal switch

I'm dumb to!
There is button, auto - of, noting happened!
How to adjust?

Steering motor is working while is on auto, but go to upper position and stays there ?
