Hello,
I was wondering how to disengage valet mode. My trunk release button does not work and neither does the button on the trunk itself. I was thinking it's in valet mode. I can only open and close the trunk manually with the black key. Any input you have will be greatly appreciated.

When you open the glove box , you should see a button / switch in there . Just turn it otherwise and see if it makes any difference .
